Price-performance ratio is unfortunately not right here. Average quality pizzas with toppings. The diavolo was moderately hot but full of canned spices. I don't have to have it a second time. We were served friendly by both the staff and the boss.

A good place. But not much to do without a reservation. If you want to eat delicious, you should reserve in advance. Everyone tasted it good.

After we had an excellent meal two weeks ago and were served very courteously by a friendly waitress, we got a cold shower today from a very unfriendly waiter who, after asking whether the door could be closed, took our cards away and suggested the restaurant to us to leave. So be careful with the waiter !!!!

The food was good, the service was nice and the dog was also allowed in. Unfortunately, the prices for the "nightcap" were quite exaggerated, which should be consumed elsewhere

The food and the friendly, young waitresses were okay. All distance and hygiene rules were completely disregarded on the occasion of our visit on September 26th. The tables were packed close together and were all fully occupied. The young staff and rude owner did not wear face masks. In the whole restaurant 1 window was tilted. Regulars were even greeted with a hug. If we hadn't been completely overwhelmed by the storm and rain and the unexpected situation, we would have had to turn around and leave immediately. So we ate quickly and left again with a bad feeling.

This place is a cheek. They don't even deserve a star. I called here on the morning of September 25th to reserve a table for September 26th (my 30th birthday). The gentleman said that you don't need this because there would be a table free. Now my friend and I were there at 6 p.m. and what did the gentleman say, it was full and the next table would not be free until 9 p.m. When I said that I called yesterday, he just said snippy, "Well, it's full now". We stood in the pouring rain in front of every restaurant door. Nobody had a table left, not even our hotel. Great 30th birthday. Thanks a lot for this.

Pizza very tasty. But is served lukewarm. Two waiters ask you "pay together or separately" both times the payment is confirmed separately and an invoice comes in anyway. Are better pizzerias. I think it's not worth visiting. You wait quite a long time for the pizza ....... and for the bill.

Great, I can only recommend it. Ordering and picking up at short notice also went smoothly. The boss always friendly and courteous, regardless of whether we were in the restaurant or ordered "outside the house". Pizza tastes great and has plenty of toppings. With the noodles you don't get any soft cooked-through and you don't have to look for the shrimp. I can only recommend it !!

We visited the restaurant directly on our first day of vacation in Heiligenhafen this year. It was a Tuesday and already quite full. However, we were still able to get hold of a table. The service was always friendly and tried very hard. However, we had to wait a long time for our drinks. The food came even faster. At least they apologized for it. We both found the food very tasty and sufficient in terms of quantity. If it gets too cool outside (where we were sitting), you can ask for a blanket. I call that service. In terms of price, the restaurant is moderate for Heiligenhafen. If you like Italian food, you should at least have a look at the menu. Unfortunately, I have to deduct one star for the late drinks and missing masks in Covid-19 time.

I don `t know where to start. We ate here because we couldn't get a table in our "dream restaurant" due to the Corona regulations and all other restaurants were fully booked. But here is the first point. New customers kept coming in, some were sent away, others weren't, and others were put off to a different time. I have no idea what was the criterion here to stay there. Point two. He - I think it was the boss - completely inappropriately and inappropriately fluffed his employees in front of all the guests (!). Something like that doesn't work in front of customers! The poor employee .. Point three. Eat. It took a really long time to finish. Well, the place was very full too, so be forgiven. But we personally just didn't like the food itself. I had pasta with pesto sauce, but it tasted and looked more like cream sauce, the pizza was very slack and the saddle of pork just tasted like alcohol. Since we weren't satisfied (but we weren't asked about our satisfaction either), there was of course only a very small tip, actually we didn't want to give one because it was simply not good and simply would not have been deserved . Even then the boss didn't even ask if everything was OK. rather has made a malicious comment. Sorry - but that is absolutely not possible! After the evening we knew why we could still get a seat here while other restaurants were fully booked. It is not recommended at all. Wouldn't leave my money here.

We should actually have left after we had to wait forever for someone to finally assign us a table, the young man could be served or was probably not allowed to do it himself. The food was not our taste, pizzas weren't baked and the pasta was not baked either. It's a shame with the high prices. In addition, the staff didn't wear masks, something like that in the current situation ... doesn't work at all.

After we called the restaurant twice on the same day to reserve a table and were also told twice that we should come by, as no reservations are being accepted at the moment, we were more or less spontaneously in the restaurant as agreed. When we asked if there was still a table available we were asked if we had made a reservation. When we said no, we only got a snotty "Then not". Even when I pointed out again that we asked twice on the phone as written above for a reservation on the same day, there was no apology or anything like that. You have to honestly say that as a customer you feel more than fooled. I've never seen it before and the reviews here (which we read in advance, but still wanted to give the restaurant a chance and make our own picture) seem to be coming true and the restaurant doesn't seem to be dependent on customers.

Very good food, large, varied menu. Nice, courteous service and (in times of Corona) well thought-out hygiene concept. The tables on the outside are shielded from each other by sails / privacy screens, so you sit very comfortably.

Unfortunately I can't give a rating for the food! Wanted to reserve a table, the employee on the phone was only able to offer me a table 2 hours later. Then I asked if I could do another day of the week, but unfortunately the "nice" man couldn't answer me, I should call again later! Huh ... But there are other restaurants that loved to take my money! It would also be advisable to clean the showcases in which the menu is hanging - unless spider breeding is desired!

Very good pizza and a wide selection! Unfortunately only possible with a reservation. A beautiful outdoor area and very nice service and although the entire restaurant was only served by two people, our meal was ready quickly. Highly recommended!

Asked specifically for a calzone without mushrooms, got a calzone with mushrooms. Went back with the food to get a half cooked pizza back, was cold after 3 minutes. And the first pizza took 30 minutes the second one only around 10. Owner was also a little rude. Some of the drinks also tasted a little weird, there's a big difference between a medium and a large cola, dont taste the same at all. Other that that my gf's parents were sharing her mom's food because her dad still hadn't received his pizza. When the owner brought his pizza he was being rude and pulled mom's plate back in front of her and told her to finish it herself. Would not recommend going there

We ate delicious food there. Unfortunately, the boss sometimes warned his employees a little too loudly. He should do it under 4 eyes or quieter. Therefore only 4 stars. Service staff was also super friendly. Many thanks

We love this Italian. The price performance is always good. Unfortunately, you can tell when it is full because it often takes longer for the food to come. The staff are great. Of course, even the best waiters get a little unfriendly when there is too much to do. But despite all that, I can recommend the restaurant and make a reservation in advance.

Nice service and the pizza is super tasty. Can't understand the bad reviews. Probably come from some snobs who think that all other people are their personal serfs and everything would just turn in them 😏
